The third conference of the Health Insurance Fund of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNC) presents Mr. Jozo Dubravec as one of the presenters.

Mr. Dubravec holds a master's degree in psychology from the University of Zagreb and has impressive work experience in the field of human resources. 
He currently works at the Teaching Institute for Public Health ‘dr. Andrija Štampar’ in the Service for Science and Teaching, where he deals with the maintenance of internal education in communication skills, and education of managers in managerial skills.

He built his career in the public sector working at the Croatian Health Insurance Fund (HZZO) for eight years. During his work, Mr. Dubravac was responsible for holding internal educations for communication skills, participating in selection, leading commissions for professional education and training, and managing the financing and contracting of programs and projects for the common good and public interest associations. He also participated in the development of the work performance management system.

Mr. Dubravac also stood out for his work in the private sector. He worked as a human resources manager at Školska knjiga d.d., where he conducted audits of business processes and improved the methods of recruitment, selection and conducting selection interviews. He was also the head of human resources at InfoDom d.o.o., where he participated in the creation of a reward system for sales and production staff, as well as introducing employees to the work and redesigning the organization. In Geophysics d.d. he held the position of head of human resources and training center, where he formed the human resources department, and carried out continuous recruitment and selection.

Jozo Dubravac has passed the professional exam and is licensed as a psychologist by the Croatian Psychological Chamber, and is a member of the Professional Class for Organizational Psychology and Work Psychology of the Croatian Psychological Chamber. He is also a member of the Croatian Society of Psychologists and the Society for Psychological Assistance. In addition, he completed the Mini Master program in HR management at the University of St. To Thomas.

He gained valuable experience as an external consultant, cooperating with renowned companies such as Deloitte and the Health Insurance Fund of HNC. He also participated in projects of great importance, such as the development of the Draft Strategy for the Optimization of Network Health Care Funds of the Republic of Serbia (Healthcare Master Plan) and the development of guidelines for the Health Care Development Plan until 2035, which was financed by the World Bank.

With his rich experience and professional knowledge, Mr. Dubravac will provide us with extremely valuable insights and perspectives about human resources.
