Dear colleagues and friends,
It is my honor and pleasure to invite you to the 3rd Conference of the Health Insurance Fund of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton entitled -"Efficient Healthcare Management - the Path to Satisfied Insured/Patients", which will be held from 28 to 30 September, 2023, in Mostar.
After the successful 2nd conference on "Health Insurance in the Healthcare System - Role and Challenges," we are once again gathering to exchange experiences and discuss the importance of efficient healthcare management. We aim to offer modalities and practical solutions, all with the goal of raising the level of satisfaction among insured individuals/patients.
Our objective is to bring together experts in the field of health insurance, doctors, healthcare management professionals, quality and safety experts, professors from the academic community of Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring countries, as well as other specialists interested in the conference topics. The conference provides an opportunity to learn about the achievements of others, meet colleagues, and make new friends. It will also be an occasion for our insured individuals to present their suggestions for improving the healthcare system from their perspective as end-users of healthcare services.
We believe that the presentations by renowned experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring countries will offer new ideas and innovative solutions for more efficient healthcare management, which ultimately leads to satisfied insured individuals/patients.
The conference will also provide opportunities for collegial gatherings, informal meetings to exchange experiences, and expand cooperation.
